Information we collect
When you use the website, we may receive information you provide directly, such as your name, business email, company name, phone number and the message or service requirements you submit. We may also receive technical information such as browser, device and usage data when analytics is enabled after consent.
What the audit form collects
If you submit the form, we receive your name, business email, optional company name, and the message you wrote. The request is stored so the team can reply. Those details are not sold or shared for advertising. If online submission fails, the form offers a mailto link to sales@itcare.ge instead.
Analytics
Google Analytics (G-6MR6SJ0H2G) and Google Tag Manager (GTM-K46NKF6) load only after you accept analytics cookies. If you reject them, those scripts are not added. See the cookie policy for the choice and how to change it.
How we use and share information
We use submitted details to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, provide requested services, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Contact-form records are stored in Supabase for the purpose of handling the request. Google Analytics and Tag Manager load only after an analytics choice is accepted. We do not sell contact details for advertising.
We may use service providers that process information on our behalf, including hosting, database, analytics and communication providers. We do not claim that this page is a GDPR certification or legal opinion.
Your choices and requests
You may contact sales@itcare.ge to ask about information submitted through this website, request correction, or ask a question about processing. We will assess and respond to requests under applicable law. You may reject analytics or clear the saved cookie choice from the Cookie Policy.
How long and who to ask
Contact requests are kept long enough to answer and, if you become a customer, for the related sales record. Email sales@itcare.ge to ask what we hold about a request you sent. This site does not offer a public customer login.
