Cloud migration
Move company mail and files to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 without treating the cutover as a weekend surprise.
Scope and deliverables
A migration scope names the user count, the current mail system, the target edition, DNS changes, and who approves the cutover window. IT CARE can include identity setup, admin roles, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and a staged move of mailboxes.
Retention inside Workspace or Microsoft 365 is not a backup. Where a copy outside the suite is required, that is scoped separately with Acronis or Veeam.
How a cutover runs
We confirm the tenant, pilot a small group, move the rest in batches, and stay available while people learn the new mailbox. Local invoicing and administration stay with IT CARE after go-live if you want that in the same agreement.

Most of this work is for teams in Tbilisi and other Georgian offices that have outgrown a consumer mailbox or an ageing on-premises server. We do not claim a success rate. The plan is specific to the tenant we review.
