What to include
A rough list is enough: how many people, where they work, what mail system you use, whether there is a firewall, and whether backups have ever been restored. Add anything that recently failed or any project you already know you want, such as a Workspace move or a server refresh.

A short recommendation: what to keep, what to change, which vendor or edition fits, and what IT CARE would install or support. Pricing, if you want to proceed, is quoted in GEL before you order. There is no obligation to buy from the audit.
